Let me start you out with some history. I originally registered PaulMach.com back in September of 2000, over 10 years ago. In the great land grab of domain names, I wanted/needed to have mine.In February 2008 this blog was launched. Since then it's been on the bleeding edge of cyclist blogging. Many popular trends have started here, like making fun of Jesse Moore. Something Rand Miller is still doing after I pioneered it back in 2008.
More recently this blog has become a standard in pro cyclist blogging. Giving you an inside look that's even better than twitter.
So what's the next step in cyclist blogging, the next step in being pro? What will LeviLeipheimer.com, GeorgeHincapie.com and MikeSayers.com all try to copy in 2011? Well, four words:
Paul - Mach - dot - Pro
Boom! Forget dot-com and embrace the new and awesome, f**kin' awesome, dot-pro. It literally takes being pro to the next level because it's literally pro. Note: this is for real, type it in, or click here if you have any doubts.
It started out as a "Wouldn't it be cool if," on some training ride. But it wasn't until recently that I realized "Yes, it would be cool if." Thus PaulMach.pro was born.
So, from now on, this site will officially be known as PaulMach.pro. Finally the domain will accurately represent the site's content. And in the end, that's what it's all about.
